Eiko Lifesciences allots 3.05 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrant

Eiko Lifesciences has allotted 3,05,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants on receipt of Rs 1.25 crore being 75% of the issue price per warrant. Post conversion, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 14,65,08,540/- consisting of 1,46,50,854 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
