Tech Mahindra allots 48,950 equity shares under ESOP

Tech Mahindra has allotted 48,950 equity shares under ESOP on 17 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 98,01,33,756 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
