Aditya Birla Capital allots 5.80 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 5,80,915 equity shares under ESOS on 17 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 27,37,04,57,990 (i.e. 2,73,70,45,799 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each).
