Mazda fixes record date for final dividend

Record date is 04 September 2026
Mazda has fixed 04 September 2026 as record date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders of the company to receive final dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
The dividend, if approved, shall be paid on or after 30 September 2026.
