RPG Life Sciences completes transfer of its API biz to RPG Active Pharma

RPG Life Sciences has completed the transfer of its Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients (API) Business to RPG Active Pharma, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, on a slump sale basis on 15 August 2026.
