Affle 3i allots 34,964 equity shares on conversion of warrants

Affle 3i has allotted 34,964 equity shares to Affle Holdings on conversion of equal number of warrants. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 281,828,696/- divided into 140,914,348 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each
