HDFC Bank allots 17.29 lakh equity shares under ESOS

HDFC Bank has allotted 17,29,212 equity shares under ESOS on 14 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased from 15,40,93,91,686 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to 15,41,11,20,898 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
