Samhi Hotels allots 2.24 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Samhi Hotels has allotted 2,24,936 equity shares under ESOP on 13 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 22,23,59,672 equity shares of Re 1 each.
