Board of HGM approves investment of up to USD 2M in HCI-LLC, Cayman Islands

The board of Handson Global Management (HGM) at its meeting held on 14 August 2026 has approved infusion of up to US$ 2 Million into its overseas subsidiary, HCI-LLC, Cayman Islands, by way of capital contribution for funding the business/operations requirements, subject to completing FEMA/AD-Bank formalities.
