Jana Small Finance Bank allots 38,057 equity shares under ESOP

Jana Small Finance Bank has allotted 38,057 equity shares under ESOP on 13 August 2026.

With the said allotment, the paid-up equity shares of the Bank shall stand increased from 10,57,14,482 shares of Rs. 10 each to 10,57,52,539 shares of Rs. 10 each.
