Centum Electronics allots 3000 equity shares under RSUP

Centum Electronics has allotted 3000 equity shares under the Centum - Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2021. The paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs. 14,75,90,160 /- to Rs. 14,76,20,160/- due to the aforesaid allotment.
