CapitalNumbers Infotech update on acquisition of Epitomecloud

CapitalNumbers Infotech has paid a consideration of USD 24,51,288.49 (Rs 23.40 crore) towards acquisition of 100% ownership in Epitomecloud and indirect acquisition of its subsidiary in India, i.e., Epitomecloud Technology. The total consideration payable in terms of the share purchase agreement is Rs 40 crore.
