GACM Technologies to raise up to Rs 49.50 cr via QIP issue

GACM Technologies has launched a QIP issue to raise up to Rs 49.50 crore from qualified institutional buyers at an offer price of Re 1 per equity share, higher than the regulatory floor price of Rs 0.67 per share.
