Board of Lenskart approves incorporation of step-down subsidiary in China

The board of Lenskart Solutions at its meeting held on 12 August 2026 has approved the incorporation of a new step-down subsidiary i.e. Wenzhou Framekart Trade Co., in the People's Republic of China.
