Board of Lenskart Solutions approves incorporation of step-down subsidiary in Korea

The board of Lenskart Solutions at its meeting held on 12 August 2026 has approved the incorporation of a step-down subsidiary in the Republic of Korea as a wholly-owned subsidiary of OWNDAYS Singapore, a step-down subsidiary of the Company, under the name and style of ?OWNDAYS Korea?.
