Board of Lenskart approves acquisition of additional stake in JV Baofeng Framekart Technology

The board of Lenskart Solutions at its meeting held on 12 August 2026 has approved the acquisition of an additional equity stake in Baofeng Framekart Technology, a joint venture between the Company and Geng Yongchao, by the Company through its wholly owned subsidiary Lenskart Solutions, Singapore.
