Insolation Energy allots 2,500 equity shares under ESOP

Insolation Energy has allotted 2,500 equity shares under ESOP on 12 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 22,04,51,875 divided into 22,04,51,875 equity shares of the face value of Re.1/- each.
