Kirloskar Industries allots 208 equity shares under ESAR Plan

Kirloskar Industries has allotted 208 equity shares under Kirloskar Industries Limited - Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2019. Accordingly, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from 1,05,09,372 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 10,50,93,720 to 1,05,09,580 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 10,50,95,800.
