Nippon Life India Asset Management allots 4.22 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Nippon Life India Asset Management has allotted 4,22,140 equity shares of Rs 10 each under ESOP. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 63,97,18,037 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
