Dabur India allots 4,638 equity shares under ESOS

Dabur India has allotted 4,638 equity shares under ESOS on 12 August 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 177,39,52,388/- divided into 177,39,52,388 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to Rs. 177,39,57,026/- divided into 177,39,57,026 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
