TCI Express allots 25,175 equity shares under ESOP

TCI Express has allotted 25,175 equity shares under ESOP on 12 August 2026. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 38,444,165 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each.
