Five-Star Business Finance allots 650 equity shares under ASOS

Five-Star Business Finance has allotted 650 equity shares under Five- Star Associate Stock Option Scheme, 2018.

The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs 29,51,87,968 consisting of 29,51,87,968 equity shares having a face value of Re 1 each to Rs 29,51,88,618 consisting of 29,51,88,618 equity shares having a face value of Re1 each.
