Vidya Wires does not recommend Dividend

The Board of Vidya Wires at the board meeting held on 11th August 2026, after due deliberation, decided not to recommend any Final Dividend on the equity shares of the Company (21,26,92,307 equity shares of ₹1/- each, fully paid-up) for the financial year 2025-2026.
