Board of Wanbury approves allotment of 27,530 equity shares under ESOP

The board of Wanbury at its meeting held on 11 August 2026 has approved the allotment of 27,530 equity shares of Rs 10 each under ESOP. With this, the paid up equity share capital of the company will increase Rs.34,96,69,280.
