Board of Bagmane Prime Office REIT recommends final dividend

Bagmane Prime Office REIT announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 August 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 1.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
