Board of SKF India (Industrial) recommends dividend

SKF India (Industrial) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 August 2026, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 20 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
