Axis Bank allots 11.32 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 11,32,709 equity shares under of Rs 2 each under ESOP on 11 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 6,225,564,486 (3,112,782,243 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
