MCX Evening Update: Gold soars, Silver approaches around Rs 240000 per kg mark

MCX Gold futures stayed supported in volatile trades today. The counter fell near Rs 153300 per 10 grams before rising. The counter currently trades up 0.88% at Rs 154440 per 10 grams. The open interest in the counter has eased marginally. Silver stayed well supported and hit near Rs 240000 per kg. It currently trades at Rs 237279 per kg, up 0.17% on the day.
