Optiemus Infracom allots 1.67 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Optiemus Infracom has allotted 1,67,250 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 11 August 2026. Consequent to the said allotment, the Paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased to Rs. 90,16,64,500/- divided into 9,01,66,450 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
