Yes Bank allots 1.84 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Yes Bank has allotted 1,84,823 equity shares under ESOP on 10 August 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 62,775,573,950 /- consisting of 31,387,786,975 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
