DCM Shriram announces cessation of directors

DCM Shriram announced that Pravesh Sharma (DIN:02252345) and Justice (Retd.) Vikramajit Sen (DIN:00866743) have completed their second term as Independent Directors of the Company on 8 August 2026 and consequently shall cease to be Independent Directors of the Company effective from 9 August 2026.
