AU Small Finance Bank allots 3.41 lakh equity shares under ESOP

AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 3,41,779 equity shares under ESOP on 07 August 2026. The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 7,49,58,90,560 to Rs. 7,49,93,08,350.
