Quarter ended June 2026 compared with Quarter ended June 2025.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Mrs Bectors Food Specialities has increased 16.02% to Rs 548.75 crore.??Operating profit margin has jumped from 12.31% to 13.14%, leading to 23.85% rise in operating profit to Rs 72.12 crore.??Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 53.31% to 51.51%. ??Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 2.23% to 2.70%. ??Employee cost decreased from 14.71% to 14.07%. ??Other expenses rose from 17.75% to 18.97%. ??

Other income rose 15.73% to Rs 8.61 crore.??PBIDT rose 22.93% to Rs 80.73 crore.??Provision for interest fell 9.74% to Rs 2.78 crore.??

PBDT rose 24.54% to Rs 77.95 crore.??Provision for depreciation rose 21.89% to Rs 25.95 crore.??

Profit before tax grew 25.91% to Rs 52.00 crore.??Provision for tax was expense of Rs 13.21 crore, compared to Rs 10.45 crore.??Effective tax rate was 25.42% compared to 25.28%.

Minority interest was nil in both the periods.??Net profit attributable to owners of the company increased 25.52% to Rs 38.76 crore.??

Promoters? stake was 49.04% as of 30 June 2026 ,compared to 49.04% as of 30 June 2025 .??


Full year results analysis.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Mrs Bectors Food Specialities has increased 9.06% to Rs 2043.56 crore.??Operating profit margin has declined from 13.42% to 12.61%, leading to 2.47% rise in operating profit to Rs 257.66 crore.??Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 52.09% to 52.21%. ??Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 2.06% to 2.50%. ??Employee cost increased from 13.71% to 14.46%. ??Other expenses fell from 18.81% to 18.19%. ??

Other income rose 7.38% to Rs 31.12 crore.??PBIDT rose 2.98% to Rs 288.78 crore.??Provision for interest fell 9.16% to Rs 11.7 crore.??Loan funds rose to Rs 190.79 crore as of 31 March 2026 from Rs 184.05 crore as of 31 March 2025.??Inventories declined from Rs 137.12 crore as of 31 March 2025 to Rs 126.85 crore as of 31 March 2026.??Sundry debtors were higher at Rs 171.61 crore as of 31 March 2026 compared to Rs 135.04 crore as of 31 March 2025.??Cash and bank balance declined from Rs 288.17 crore as of 31 March 2025 to Rs 231.22 crore as of 31 March 2026.??Investments rose to Rs 6.51 crore as of 31 March 2026 from Rs 4.09 crore as of 31 March 2025 .??

PBDT rose 3.56% to Rs 277.08 crore.??Provision for depreciation rose 18.16% to Rs 89.65 crore.??Fixed assets increased to Rs 1,012.80 crore as of 31 March 2026 from Rs 850.64 crore as of 31 March 2025.??Intangible assets declined from Rs 10.35 crore to Rs 8.42 crore.??

Profit before tax down 2.22% to Rs 187.43 crore.??Share of profit/loss were nil in both the periods.??Provision for tax was expense of Rs 46.55 crore, compared to Rs 48.54 crore.??Effective tax rate was 24.84% compared to 25.31%.

Minority interest was nil in both the periods.??Net profit attributable to owners of the company decreased 1.64% to Rs 140.88 crore.??

Equity capital decreased from Rs 61.35 crore as of 31 March 2025 to Rs 61.34 crore as of 31 March 2026 .??Per share face Value remained same at Rs 2.00.??

Promoters? stake was 49.04% as of 31 March 2026 ,compared to 49.04% as of 31 March 2025 .??

Cash flow from operating activities increased to Rs 217.80 crore for year ended March 2026 from Rs 161.48 crore for year ended March 2025.??Cash flow used in acquiring fixed assets during the year ended March 2026 stood at Rs 214.34 crore, compared to Rs 258.73 crore during the year ended March 2025.??

Other highlights

In Q1 FY27, Biscuit segment revenue stood at Rs 325 crore against Rs 281 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a growth 16% compared to Q1 FY26 including domestic and export biscuits segment.

In Q1 FY27, Bakery segment revenue stood at Rs 215 crore against Rs 183 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a growth of 18% compared to Q1 FY26 including retail bakery and institutional segment.?


Management Comments :
Mr. Anoop Bector, Managing Director said, ?Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Limited delivered a strong start to FY27, reporting revenue from operations of ?548.7 crore, a growth of 16% year-on-year, while EBITDA increased 23.8% to ?72.1 crore. EBITDA margin improved by 80 basis points to 13.1%, demonstrating the Company`s ability to deliver profitable growth despite elevated input costs and global supply chain disruptions. The performance reflects the strength of its brands, disciplined execution and ongoing cost optimization initiatives under Project IMPACT. Demand trends remained encouraging across both domestic and international markets, supported by continued premiumization, innovation and focused brand investments. Quick Commerce continued to gain momentum, growing 58% year-on-year, while NaturBaked crossed a monthly revenue run rate of ?1 crore, highlighting the growing consumer preference for healthier and clean-label products. The Company continued to strengthen its manufacturing footprint, with the Kolkata facility ramping up successfully and gaining encouraging traction in the East market. The Khopoli plant in Maharashtra, commissioned in March 2026, is stabilising well and is expected to progressively scale towards full capacity over the coming quarters, further strengthening the Company?s presence in the West. The international business delivered healthy double-digit growth despite continued freight and logistics challenges, with the U.S. market returning to a growth trajectory supported by new product launches and deeper customer engagement. Looking ahead, the Company remains optimistic about demand trends across domestic and export markets. Backed by strong brands, expanding manufacturing capabilities, and sustained investments in innovation and brand building, Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Limited remains well-positioned to drive sustainable and profitable growth while creating long-term value for all stakeholders.?
