Globus Spirits successfully raises Rs 200 cr via QIP issue

Globus Spirits announced the successful completion of its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), raising Rs 200 crore from a diversified group of prominent domestic and international institutional investors.

The company has allotted 23,80,952 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 840 per equity share, aggregating to Rs 200 crore.
