RBL Bank fixes record date for final dividend

RBL Bank has fixed 14 August 2026 as record date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive final dividend on the equity shares, for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. The dividend, if approved, shall be paid on or before 01 October 2026.
