Dr Lal Pathlabs allots 2.11 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Dr Lal Pathlabs has allotted 2,11,050 equity shares under ESOP on 06 August 2026. Pursuant to the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company increased to Rs 1,67,84,88,200/- divided into 16,78,48,820 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
