Adani Enterprises announces incorporation of subsidiary - AAHL Global IFSC

Adani Airport Holdings (AAHL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely AAHL Global IFSC (AAHL Global) on 16 July 2026.

AAHL Global has been incorporated to carry out the activities of Global Treasury Centre, as permitted under the IFSCA (Finance Company) Regulations, 2021.
