EPL allots 16,500 equity shares under ESOS

EPL has allotted 16,500 equity shares under ESOS on 05 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 64,06,28,318 divided into 32,03,14,159 equity shares (having face value of Rs. 2 each).
