Hero MotoCorp has allotted 48,269 equity shares under the Employee Incentive Scheme 2014. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 40,02,82,414 divided into 20,01,41,207 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
