Commodities Buzz: Shanghai Silver inventories spike 44% in July

Silver inventories in China jumped in last week. The latest data from Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) showed that total inventories on warrant in the exchange stood at 1191372 kg as on 31 July 2026, marking a spike of 212438 kg compared to previous week. The stockpiles have soared around 44% in July 2026.
