UltraTech Cement allots NCDs aggregating Rs 5,000 cr

UltraTech Cement has approved the allotment of 5,00,000 fully paid, unsecured, listed, rated, redeemable, rupee denominated, non-convertible, non-cumulative debentures of Rs.1,00,000/- each amounting to Rs. 5000 crore on private placement basis.
