Board of TVS Infrastructure Trust recommends Final Dividend

TVS Infrastructure Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 August 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.1.55 per share (i.e.1.55%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
