Board of Black Rose Industries recommends Interim Dividend

Black Rose Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 July 2026, has recommended a Interim Dividend of Rs.2 per share (i.e.200%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
