HDFC Bank allots 42.48 lakh equity shares under ESOS

HDFC Bank has allotted 42,48,902 equity shares under ESOS on 31 July 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 15,40,93,91,686 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
