Jayant Agro Organics fixes record date for final dividend

Jayant Agro Organics has fixed 07 August 2026 as record date for purpose of final dividend of Rs 3.50 per equity share of Rs 5 each for FY 2025-26. The dividend, if approved, shall be paid on 12 September 2026.
