Kirloskar Pneumatic Company executes SPA to acquire majority stake in Kirloskar South East Asia

Kirloskar Pneumatic Company announced that Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) was executed today, to acquire 99.49% of the total voting power of Kirloskar South East Asia Co. (KSEA).
