Silver Touch Technologies fixes record date for dividend

Silver Touch Technologies has fixed 17 August 2026 as record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members to receive the aforesaid dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. The dividend, if approved, shall be paid on 24 August 2026.
