Economic Buzz: China manufacturing activity eases in July

China's official manufacturing PMI landed at 49.2 in July, dropping below the neutral 50 mark and from the previous month's 50.3, the country's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said on Tuesday.

The non-manufacturing PMI stood at 49.0, edging down slightly from 50.2 registered in the previous month, while the official composite PMI, which includes both manufacturing and services, lowered to 49.3 from the previous 50.6.
