Board of IRB Infrastructure Developers recommends Interim Dividend

IRB Infrastructure Developers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 Jul 2026, has recommended a Interim Dividend of Rs.0.05 per share (i.e.5%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
