India Shelter Finance Corporation allots NCDs aggregating to Rs 75 cr

India Shelter Finance Corporation has allotted 7,500 Rated, Listed, Secured, Transferable, Redeemable, Indian Rupee denominated, and 8.10% p.a. p.q. fixed interest bearing Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each aggregating to Rs 75 crore on private placement basis.
